☒ Summary:
☒ The Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the company's management team and staff.
☒ This includes a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing the filing system, and ordering office supplies. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and have excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
☒ Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
☒ Greet and direct visitors to the appropriate person or department
☒ Schedule appointments and meetings
☒ Manage the filing system
☒ Order office supplies
☒ Type and proofread documents
☒ Compile reports
☒ Other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
✓ High school diploma or equivalent
✓ 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
✓ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
✓ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓ Attention to detail
